The programme is for individuals who have completed apprenticeships, learnerships and skills programme. The course objective is to provide skills to the candidates that will help them cope with the working world and ways to deal with the realities. Persons completing the course will knowledge on Self Awareness, Team Work, Productivity, Leaderships Skills and Social Awareness.
